It is a knowledge-based organization taking power solution to Next level in India, Canada, Singapore, and UAE – headed by an India-origin leader who is a big ace in offering Patented Products, with customization as a core competence.

Funded by former Indian cricketer Kapil Dev, the company is developing energy-efficient solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Internet of Things technology. Around 14 patents, disruptive tech-enabled flagship offerings, investment from the one and only Kapil Dev, global visibility, and the list goes on!

Some interesting facets and achievements about your professional journey. 

My professional journey gave me an insight into the various cultural diversity in terms of the workplace. It helped me gain extensive experience about the right strategies for the effective and efficient management of all the departments (HR, Finance, Marketing & Sales, R&D, Supply chain, etc.) of an organization.

Brief us on your educational and professional background.

I completed MBA (Strategy) from Strathclyde University Glasgow – 2009- 11. And did B. E Electrical & Electronics from Bangalore University. I worked as the Vice President- EcoBuilding- Gulf countries & Pakistan ( 2016-19 ) and Schneider Electric. At present, I am working with Loytec Competency Centre, Dubai as the Managing Partner. In Jan 2020 I ideated Harmonizer India Pvt Ltd.

What different roles have you been undertaking at Harmonizer Solutions? How has your journey been at the organization so far?

As the Founder and CEO of the organization, I have been playing the role of a motivator and supporter to everyone at the organization to fulfill the goal. It has been one and a half years, and the journey has been quite productive and fruitful.

What were the initial challenges that taught you the basic lessons of managing diversified functions of the organization? Also, how did you manage to achieve success in the later phase?

The journey was not easy, faced a lot of challenges and barriers throughout, both external and internal. The main challenge was to make sure all the departments of the organization worked towards a similar goal.

My experiences of working in the international market across the globe, playing various roles helped me overcome all the barriers.

In my opinion, success has not been achieved yet, investing in the right direction to come up with flying colors.

As a business leader what are the strategies/ methods you put forward to align your organization with your vision and mission and how do you generate great value to your organization?

Harmonizer’s Vision and Mission is to provide quality power solutions in the form of world-class products to its customers to enhance the reliability, productivity, and sustainability of the electrical network. We as an organization are constantly working towards the fulfillment of its mission and vision by innovations and diversification in the subject of IoT and AI.

Elaborate your distinguished power solutions and services which among them do you consider as your flagship offering that distinguishes Harmonizer solutions from its competitors.

Harmonizer as of now has 14 patents in the subject of AI, ML, and IoT which is the flagship offering and distinguishes Harmonizer from its competitors.

Our present range of manufacture is Active Harmonic Filters, APFC Panels, Power Capacitors, Detuned reactors, Dynamic voltage regulators, Load balancer, Static VAR Generator, AI-based software for energy and buildings, CANNY the intelligent switchboard, and many more.

What strategies do you follow to meet customers’ requirements and how did you make space for yourself in the industry?

Our products and services are designed and produced specially as per the customer pain points. Our main aim is to provide the customer with sustainable, reliable, and productive electrical solutions.

The subject we specialize in requires a lot of technical and professional skills, we have it, and this helps us to create a space for ourselves in the industry.

Looking at the current pandemic and its long-lasting impact, how are you preparing your company to deal with it? What changes are you adopting to serve better?

We have utilized the lockdown period in R&D. The time has been invested in filing patents and innovations. We have provided online sessions and presentations to our clients to avoid the gap due to the lockdown. We are in the process of developing a virtual tool to come closer and connect to our customers.

Mention the awards and recognition you have received in your journey to date.

Having Kapil Dev as an investor for Harmonizer is an achievement itself. We are also being approached by many looking for innovations in the field of the power sector and appreciated by many customers for our innovations related to power solutions.
