Bakcell has supported yet one more challenge geared toward rising
the extent of employment and entrepreneurial abilities amongst younger
individuals residing underneath the care of the SOS Children’s Villages
Azerbaijan Association. The important goal of the challenge is to
assist younger individuals disadvantaged of parental care combine into the
labor market by enhancing their social entrepreneurship abilities.
The challenge members, divided into 6 groups, took half in
trainings and seminars on such matters as Teambuilding, UN
Sustainable Development Goals and Youth Participation.
Also, inside the frames of the challenge, the members had been
given the chance to enhance their information and abilities within the
area of social entrepreneurship. For this goal, a 5-day camp on
the subject of “Social entrepreneurship and business building” was
held within the Gusar area. At the subsequent stage, younger individuals, with the
help of mentors, will put together and current their enterprise
tasks to the jury. The most profitable social entrepreneurship
tasks will obtain monetary help for implementation.
It must be famous that since 2009 Bakcell has been supporting
youngsters and youth from low-income households, and kids disadvantaged
of parental care, inside the frames of cooperation with the SOS
Children’s Villages Azerbaijan affiliation. The “Start and enhance
what you are promoting” challenge, carried out collectively with the affiliation,
turned the winner of the Azerbaijan’s “National CSR award 2018″ in
the “Project of the Year to Support Young Entrepreneurs”
nomination. The challenge was geared toward implementing the enterprise
concepts of younger individuals residing underneath the patronage of the affiliation
and graduates of different boarding colleges within the nation.
