BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 11. The Western
Azerbaijan Community has despatched a letter to Armenian Prime Minister
Nikol Pashinyan, the Community informed Trend.

Western Azerbaijan Community has developed an idea of secure and
dignified return based mostly on worldwide regulation. The Community is
decided to attain the return course of by peaceable means and has
chosen the trail of dialogue for its implementation.

In this context, the Community brings its place by way of
political and diplomatic channels to worldwide organizations
