BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 15. The
second day of the twenty eighth Azerbaijan and Baku Championships amongst Age
Categories in Men’s Artistic Gymnastics and Acrobatic Gymnastics
and the seventh Azerbaijan and Baku Championships amongst Age Categories
in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics has kicked off on the National
Gymnastics Arena, Trend experiences.
Today, representatives of males’s creative gymnastics
characterize the vaults, and workouts on the pommel horse and the
crossbar, whereas representatives of girls’s creative gymnastics –
train on the stability beam and flooring workouts.
Tempo workouts are carried out in acrobatic gymnastics
competitions.
Representatives of Ojaq Sports Club, Neftchi Sports
Club, Baku Gymnastics School, “Karabakh” Sports Club (Barda), and
Specialized Children-Youth Gymnastics School of Olympic Reserves
No.13 are collaborating within the competitions.
Men’s Artistic gymnasts are competing within the age
classes of minors, children, kids, pre-juniors, juniors,
and seniors, whereas Women’s Artistic gymnasts – are within the age
classes of youngsters, pre-juniors, and juniors.
At Acrobatic Gymnastics competitions, gymnasts are
performing within the age classes of kids (2008-2017),
kids (2007-2012), pre-juniors (2005-2012), juniors (2004-2010),
and seniors (2008 and older) inside Women’s & Men’s Pairs, Mixed
Pairs, Women’s and Men’s Groups.
Competitions are held on the National Gymnastics Arena
from 14 to 16 March.
