At present, 74.32 percent cases of total infections in the country are in Maharashtra, Kerala and Punjab. Maharashtra alone accounts for 62.91 percent of the cases. The ministry also said that so far more than 5.31 crore people have been vaccinated in the country.

The Union Health Ministry said on Thursday that Coronavirus cases are increasing daily in Maharashtra, Punjab, Kerala, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh and Gujarat and 80.63 percent new cases of Covid-19 (Covid-19) are coming from these states. Huh. Of the total people infected with this global epidemic in the country, 74.32 percent patients are in three states Maharashtra, Kerala and Punjab. Currently, 3.95 lakh patients are being treated for COVID-19 in the country.

In the last 24 hours, 53,476 new cases have been reported, which is the highest number of cases in a single day this year. The ministry said that there are increasing cases in Maharashtra and 31,855 new cases were reported in one day. While 2,613 new cases were reported in Punjab and 2,456 in Kerala. Cases of corona infection are increasing daily in ten states including Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Haryana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh.

Increase of 26,735 cases in last 24 hours

There are 3,95,192 people infected with COVID-19 in India right now. In the last 24 hours, 26,735 new cases have increased. The ministry said that 74.32 per cent of the total infected cases in the country are in Maharashtra, Kerala and Punjab. Maharashtra alone accounts for 62.91 percent of the cases. The ministry also said that so far more than 5.31 crore people have been vaccinated in the country.

60 percent dose of vaccine has been given in eight states Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, West Bengal, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra. So far 1,12,31,650 people have recovered from this epidemic in India, of which 26,490 people have recovered in the last 24 hours. Also, 251 people have died in the last 24 hours.

95 people died in Maharashtra in last 24 hours

78.49 percent of the deaths occurred in 6 states. In the last 24 hours, Maharashtra had the highest number of deaths at 95. While 39 people died in Punjab and 29 in Chhattisgarh.

In 14 states and union territories, no deaths were reported from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. These states are Jammu Kashmir, Goa, Uttarakhand, Odisha, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu, Dadar and Nagar Haveli, Ladakh, Sikkim, Tripura, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Andaman and Nicobar, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland.
