BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 19. The
complete variety of mine victims has reached 314 folks (61 of whom

of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan received blown up on a
mine, beforehand planted by unlawful Armenian armed teams [which
haven’t been withdrawn contrary to the trilateral statement signed
by Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian leaders following the 2020
second Karabakh war] on the territory of Azerbaijan, the place Russian
peacekeepers are briefly stationed [under the trilateral
statement].
The truck was on its approach to the positioning of the terrorist assault
that befell on the identical day on the 58th kilometer of the
Ahmadbayli-Fuzuli-Shusha street passing via the Khojavand
district, which killed staff of the State Road Agency of
Azerbaijan.
The staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Asim
Jamalzade, Ramil Shirinov, Seymur Mahmudov, and Khazar Zamanov,
died on the spot.
