Adani Enterprises will set up a data center, which will not only lead to growth in the area, but also create employment opportunities.

Adani Enterprises, 12 other companies allotted industrial land in Noida

The Noida Authority has allotted industrial land in the Noida region to 13 companies, including Adani Enterprises and Dixon Technologies. With this initiative, an investment of Rs 3,870 crore is estimated in the Noida region. The authority said in a statement that 39,146 square meters of land in Sector 80 has been allotted to Adani Enterprises for the proposed data center. The company is expected to invest Rs 2,500 crore in Noida.

The authority said, Adani Enterprises will set up a data center, which will not only lead to growth in the area, but also create employment opportunities. The authority had invited proposals for the allocation of industrial land plots of size over 4,000 square meters, for which applications were closed in February this year and the results were declared on Wednesday.

These 13 companies got land

According to the statement, more than 60 firms had applied for land and out of which 13 companies were found eligible, allotted plots. Apart from this, Dixon Technologies, Agarwal Associates, Weavetex Projects, Enquine Tech Nutri Care LLP, RAF Manufacturing Company, RAF Manufacturing Company, Roto Pumps ), KK Fragrances, Savi Leathers, Mithaas Sweets and Restaurants, Adorax, Westway Electronics and Dhampure Alco Chem. Land has been found.

Plots allotted in these sectors

Following the approval of Noida Authority CEO Ritu Maheshwari, a total of 1,99,848 square meters of land plots located in Sector 80, 145, 140A and 151 have been allotted.

More than 48 thousand jobs will be created

The statement said that the Noida Authority is expecting an income of Rs 344 crore from these allocations, which will lead to an investment of Rs 3,870 crore in the Noida region and create 48,512 job opportunities.
