The Karnataka government has also made it clear that lockdown will not be imposed in the state at present, but no protests or rallies will be allowed for 15 days from today.

Coronavirus continues to wreak havoc across the country and new cases of infections are being broken every day. Maharashtra, Karnataka, Punjab, Kerala, Chhattisgarh and Gujarat are the states where the cases of corona are increasing everyday. The Government of Karnataka (Karnataka government) has increased the vigor in view of the increasing risk of corona infection. Taking a major decision on Monday, the Karnataka government said that no protests or rallies will be allowed for 15 days from today.

With this, the state government has also made it clear that lockdown will not be imposed in Karnataka at present. The government has said in its report, “From Monday to Monday, no protests or rallies will be allowed in the state for 15 days. In view of the increasing cases of Corona, no party or celebration is allowed from today. Simultaneously, strict action will be taken against those who do not wear masks. ”

‘Schools and colleges will not be closed’

The state government further said, “The lockdown will not be implemented in Karnataka amid tightening of restrictions and the implementation of several restrictions. We are not going to close schools and colleges, although we have taken suggestions about the closure of schools and these suggestions will be reviewed after the examinations are over 15 days later. ” Along with this, instructions have also been given to impose heavy fines on those who violate the Corona guidelines in the state.

3,082 new cases of corona in one day in Karnataka

The second wave of Corona is being seen in 8 states of the country, including Karnataka. Maharashtra, Karnataka, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Chhattisgarh are reporting the highest number of corona cases every day. 84.5 percent of the country’s cases are coming from here. At the same time, 80 percent of active cases are coming from Maharashtra, Kerala, Punjab, Karnataka and Chhattisgarh. In Karnataka, 3,082 new corona were found on Sunday, taking the number of victims in the state to 9,87,012.

Cases in Bengaluru are increasing at a record pace

With this, the number of positive cases in the state has increased to 23,037. In the last 24 hours, 14 patients have died, due to which the number of deaths in the state has increased to 12,504. Apart from this, 9,51,452 people have been cured in the state so far. Corona cases are also increasing at a record pace in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka. In Bangalore, more than 2 thousand new cases of corona have been reported in Karnataka in the last 24 hours on Sunday. In Bangalore from the beginning of this month to March 26, more than 470 children under 10 years of age have been infected with coronavirus.
