Regarding this, the Prime Minister said that this information cannot be confirmed. There has been no air contact between Cuba and Antigua. If there is truth in this matter then it is possible that he may have reached Cuba by waterway.

Mehul Choksi and his nephew Nirav Modi are accused of a bank fraud worth Rs 13500 crore. Together, the two have made Punjab National Bank such a big lime. Nirav Modi is currently lodged in a London jail and preparations to bring him to India are in the final stages. Recently, the special court issued a public notice to Nirav Modi. In this notice they have been asked why not seize your property. The special court said that if Nirav Modi does not appear before the court, he will order action against him under the Fugitive Economic Offenders (FEO) Act.
