Indian Railways is starting special trains for the convenience of passengers amid the growing outbreak of Corona. Railways have now announced to run 4 Shatabadi Special, a Duranto Special Train and Humsafar Special between Delhi-Godda. These trains will start from 10 April to 15 April. These include New Delhi-Amritsar (Daily), New Delhi-Amritsar (Weekly), Chandigarh-Delhi (6 days a week), New Delhi-Daurai (Daily). Apart from this, Duronto Special Sarai Rohilla will run between Delhi-Jammu Tawi three days a week.
02013/14 New Delhi-Amritsar-New Delhi Shatabdi Daily (New Delhi-Amritsar Shatabdi-Daily) – Train number 02013/14 New Delhi-Amritsar-New Delhi Shatabdi Shatabdi Special Express will depart from New Delhi daily at 16.30 pm from April 10 and reach Amritsar at 22.30 pm. At the same time, it will open from Amritsar at 4.55 am and will reach New Delhi at 11.02 am. This train will run till further notice.
During the journey, the stop of this train will be at Ambala Cantt Jn., Sirhind Jn., Ludhiana Jn., Phagwara Jn., Jalandhar City and Beas Station. It will have executive AC chair car and AC chair car.
