BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 15. The Heydar
Aliyev Center will host the “Opera and Fashion. Sultan Couture 20”
live performance program and exhibition on March 8, 2023, Trend studies.

designer Orkhan Sultan particularly for the Baku live performance. Thus,
