HDFC Bank’s mobile app was down for a few hours on Tuesday, causing problems for customers. However, this problem has now been resolved by the bank.
HDFC Bank’s app suddenly went down on Tuesday. Due to which customers had to face difficulties in doing other important works including transactions. After almost two hours of work stalled, the flaws have been rectified. In this regard, the bank tweeted and said that now the problem has been resolved. Now customers can use both mobile and net banking without any hassle.
The bank wrote in the tweet, “Please note that the problems related to the mobile banking app are now resolved. Customers can now use NetBanking and Mobile Banking app for transactions. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience”. It is known that due to technical glitches the mobile app suddenly got down. Due to which people had to face difficulties in doing important things including transferring money.

Earlier, the bank had made another tweet about correcting technical glitches in HDFC Bank’s mobile app. In which it was said to solve the problem within a stipulated time. Also, customers were advised to use netbanking for transactions. The bank wrote in the tweet, “We are experiencing some issues on the mobile banking app. We are watching this with priority and will update about it soon. Customers are requested to use NetBanking to complete their transactions. We are sorry for the inconvenience”.
