More than 60 percent people need the government to protect their jobs. 40 percent of people worldwide improved their digital skills in lockdowns.

According to the report of the World Economic Forum, 6 out of 10 people will lose their jobs by 2025 in the whole world. The reason for this is being told about the time taken by machines and humans at work. In fact, this report also shows how the use of machines during the first corona and corona is becoming increasingly the reason. According to Shinua, his report came after a survey of 32,000 employees working in Price Water House Cooper Company in 19 countries.

According to the survey, 40 percent of the employees around the world feel that they will lose their jobs in the next 5 years, while 56 percent of the people think that they will be able to get long-term employment options in the future as well.

How to protect jobs

More than 60 percent of the people need the government to protect their jobs. In the worldwide lockdown, 40 percent people have improved their digital skills, while 77 percent people are ready to learn something new and improve themselves.

The reason why machines are being used

Nearly 80 percent people are confident of learning new technology by believing in their abilities. According to the last World Economic Report, 8.5 crore jobs are in danger due to increasing number of machines and artificial intelligence, in the current situation, it is said to create 9.7 crore jobs.

While people are being threatened on their jobs, many companies including Tesla are focusing on new hiring. Actually Tesla is pushing to increase business, while the company has taken tremendous vacancy in its Gigafactory in Austin, Texas, USA. According to the information received, the company has removed 10,000 vacancies for this factory and its specialty is that even those who do not have a college degree can apply. Apart from this, Graduate High School Pass Candidates can also apply for this.
