In Punjab National Bank, a system has been made for the complaint of the employees. PNB provides this facility to redress your grievances. It has been said on behalf of PNB that if you feel that our services are not right, there is a shortage and want to register your complaint, then we welcome your valuable suggestions and feedback. Your complaint will be processed immediately.
Contact Branch Manager immediately
For immediate redressal of any complaint, a complaint can be made with the Branch Manager. You can obtain a complaint form from the bank branch, lodge a complaint and submit it and keep the receipt with you. If you want, you can also put your side on the numbers issued by the bank.
Can also do an online Complan
If you want, you can also file an online complaint. To submit online in PNB, first click on Submit Complaint. A form will open like (PNB Compalint CGRMS Form). You fill your details there (Account Number, Mobile Number, PIN Code, Email Id, Name etc.) and put your Complan. Then submit captcha code and submit it. As soon as you do this, your complaint will be recorded and you will get a CRM Service Number.
Can track compliant status
For what action was taken on your complaint, that is, to check the complaint status, you have to click on Complaint Status. Then you have to submit the CRM Service Number and Captcha by filling it, after which you will get the information of Complaint Status. Whether action was taken on your complaint, whether or not your issue was taken cognizance, what action was taken on the employee concerned… You will get such information here.
If not satisfied, you can complain further
Even after contacting customer care, if your complaint is not resolved, or if you are still not satisfied then you can contact the Appellate Authority of the bank. You can easily get the complete details of contacting the Bank’s Appellate Authority on the PNB website.
If you are not satisfied with the solution or action taken by PNB or if you have not received the final reply on your complaint within a month, then you can also contact the Banking Ombudsman. Information about this is also available on the website.
