Accenture India
Currently, Accenture India has more than 2 lakh employees. It gave increments, bonuses and promotions to its employees last year. In February this year, the process of increment and promotion has started. According to the company, in April this year, their employees received a ‘Thank You’ bonus. The company promoted 605 employees to the post of Managing Director (MD), out of which 63 have been promoted to the post of Senior MD.
TCS
The country’s largest IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has increased the salary of employees twice in a span of 6 months. He has started giving revised salary to all his employees from April 2021. The company has informed that they are in the second phase of compensation review. TCS has increased the salary of its employees from January 2021. Last year, the company stopped increments of most of its employees.
