Delhi Police on Monday made a total of 3,282 invoices for traffic violations on the occasion of Holi, including 1,255 of not wearing helmets, 70 for triple riding, 100 for drunk driving and 121 for dangerous driving. At the same time, on the increasing cases of Corona, Delhi Police said that patrolling has been increased and strict action will be taken against those who violate the Corona guidelines.

At the same time, Corona cases are increasing in Delhi and on Monday on the occasion of Holi, infection cases have broken the record. According to the data released by the Delhi government on Monday, 1,904 new cases of corona infection have been registered in the capital Delhi in the last 24 hours, which is the largest figure so far this year.

Earlier on Sunday, 1,881 new cases of corona were reported in the capital. This is the fifth consecutive day when more than 1,500 cases have been reported in Delhi, for which people are constantly being urged to take precaution. This pace of Corona in Delhi is also frightening because many festivals will be celebrated in the coming days. However, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Sunday that he would not attend any event to be held in public due to increasing Corona cases.

Also, on Sunday, he appealed to the people to celebrate the festival with their families and avoid congestion. At the same time, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority has ordered that there will be no public festival in the capital during the upcoming festivals like Navratri.
