These numbers will work
The government has issued different toll-free numbers for each state. On which can be filed other complaints related to not getting the ration properly, including the dealer’s arbitrary attitude. You can see these numbers by visiting the official website of NFSA. You can also register your Complaint at the District Food and Supplies Controller’s Office or at the State Consumer Assistance Center. For this, you can call 1800-180-2087, 1800-212-5512 and 1967 helpline numbers.
License can be canceled
You can also file a complaint through e-mail if the ration dealer is reluctant to give food grains or does not weigh properly. For this, you have to register your complaint on NFSA. If your complaint is found correct then the ration dealer’s license can be canceled.
