According to the final report till 7 pm on Thursday evening, 5,46,65,820 doses of the anti-Covid-19 vaccine have been given in the country so far.

In India, more than 5.46 crore doses have been given so far in the country with 15,20,111 doses of anti-COVID-19 vaccine till Thursday evening. The Union Health Ministry gave this information. According to the final report till 7 pm on Thursday evening, 5,46,65,820 doses of the anti-COVID-19 vaccine have been given in the country so far.

In this, 80,18,757 health workers have been given the first dose of vaccine while 50,92,757 have been given the second dose. Similarly, 85,53,228 personnel of the advance front have been given the first dose while 33,19,005 have been given the second dose. According to the ministry, in addition, 2,42,50,649 beneficiaries aged above 60 years have been given the first dose of the vaccine. The ministry said that till 7 pm on Thursday, a total of 15,20,111 doses of the vaccine were given.

At the same time, India has not imposed any restriction on the export of COVID-19 vaccine. India will continue to supply vaccines in a phased manner to partner countries in the coming days. Sources gave this information on Thursday. He said that according to the production capacity of India and the requirements of the National Immunization Campaign, an assessment will be made from time to time regarding the supply of vaccines. Sources said that all parties will have to work unitedly to adjust the schedules as required and the epidemic can be dealt with only on the basis of such collective cooperation.

A source said that we had already mentioned that India would continue to supply COVID-19 vaccines to the partner countries in a phased manner over the coming weeks and months, keeping in mind their domestic requirements. He said, “There is no change in this attitude. Like some other countries, we have not imposed any restriction on the export of vaccines. “
