Maharashtra, Karnataka, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Chhattisgarh are reporting the highest number of corona cases every day. 84.5 percent of the country’s cases are coming from here. At the same time, 80 percent of active cases are coming from Maharashtra, Kerala, Punjab, Karnataka and Chhattisgarh.
At the same time, more than 68,000 new cases of corona have been reported from across the country in the last 24 hours. With the new statistics of the last 24 hours, the total cases of infection in the country have now increased to 1,20,39,644. At the same time, more than 200 people lost their lives in one day from Corona. According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of active cases in the country has increased to 5,21,808. The rate of people getting healthy has come down to 94.58 percent.
According to the data, there were 68,020 new cases of corona in the last 24 hours. During this time 312 people lost their lives due to corona infection. With these new figures, the number of dead has now increased to 1,61,843. So far 1,13,55,993 people have recovered from this infection and have returned home. In the last 24 hours, 291 people died from Corona. During this time, a total of 32,231 people were recovered from Corona and discharged.
Corona cases tripled in the last three weeks
Corona cases have increased threefold in the last three weeks. Till now, total corona cases in India have crossed 12 million or 1.2 million. In the last 35 days, one million new cases of corona were reported.
After a record increase of 35,703 on Sunday, the active cases of Corona have gone above 5 lakhs. This was the fastest increase in 1 lakh active cases. According to the report, in three days, the active cases of corona increased from 4 lakh to 5 lakh. At the same time, there has been an increase in the number of deaths of infected people.
In the last week of March 1,875 people died, which was not only the highest number of deaths from Corona this year, but also a 51 percent increase compared to the previous week. Meanwhile, Karnataka became the fourth state to register the highest number of corona cases in a single day, with more than 3,000 reported cases a day in March.
