Conditions apply for new rules
Along with the new rules for withdrawing cash, the bank has also implemented conditions. In the statement issued by the bank, it has been told that the third party cannot withdraw cash through the withdrawal form. Apart from this, KYC documents of third party are also required.
Why did SBI ease the rules
Banking experts say that the bank has made many changes in the branches to prevent the spread of corona infection. Now it opens only from 10 am to 2 pm. Also, the bank is working with 50 per cent of its staff members. In this situation, customers were facing many problems. That is why SBI has changed the rules for withdrawing cash to increase the facilities of its customers. So that more work can be done in less time.
New rules for withdrawing cash from ATM

In non-metro cities, 10 free ATM transactions are available, in which 5 transactions can be done from SBI, while 5 are exempted from ATMs of other banks.
