Employees who have not been able to submit self-appraisal forms during the Corona period. The government has given them relief. Deadline deadline has been extended by the central government.
Self appraisal form
Most of the government functioning has been affected during the Corona period. In such a situation, many employees have not been able to submit their self appraisal form. In such a situation, the central government has extended the date of submitting the apparel form giving relief to them. Under this, now government employees can submit self appraisal forms before 30 June 2021. At the same time, the whole process of appraisal has also been talked about by the government before December 31, 2021.
The Department of Personnel (DoPT) states that Central employees of Central Secretariat Service (CSS), Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (CSSS) and Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) cadre of Group A, B and Group C employees for FY 2020-21. The deadline for submitting the appraisal form has been increased for. Due to the second wave of Corona epidemic, many people have not been able to go to office, in such a situation, they have been given relief.
The reviewing officer will investigate
According to the Department of Personnel, the date of self appraisal has been extended for the employees working in different groups of different cadres. Forms will be available for them by 31 May 2021. Whereas the employees can submit this form before 30 June 2021 after completing all the formalities. After submission of the form, the reporting officer will send it to the Reviewing Officers. They will have to do this work before 31 July 2021. After this, the reviewing officer will check the form. The new deadline of appraisal will be applicable to all existing employees and employees retiring after 28 February 2021.
