Customers could book Chetak online on first come first served basis. In a statement on Thursday, the company said it received a resounding response after reopening bookings for Chetak in Bangalore and Pune.
Bajaj Auto said, a large number of confirmed orders were sent from customers, after which the company had to stop accepting bookings within 48 hours. The company will review the supply situation and announce the next round of booking.
