Aadhar PAN Link: The Income Tax Department has made it mandatory to make PAN card linked to Aadhar (Aadhar Pan Link). CBDT i.e. Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) had fixed 31 March 2021 as the last date for linking Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Aadhar (Aadhar). But now giving a big relief to the people, the department has extended the last date to June 30. That is, people now have 3 months to link PAN card with Aadhaar.

According to the Income Tax Department’s tweet, people have been given this huge relief in view of the corona epidemic. There is also a messaging service and an online way to link PAN card to Aadhaar. Techno-friendly people who specialize in running mobiles, laptops, internet etc., they link PAN card to Aadhaar itself, but there are many people who are not digital literate and are dependent on internet cafes etc. for such works .

Now, in the midst of the increasing infection of Corona, once again people are being appealed not to leave without work. Corona cases are increasing rapidly in many states of the country. In such a situation, it is difficult for people to go to cafes and get Aadhar-PAN linked. Realizing all such problems, the Central Government has given this great relief.
