BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 16. The jacket of the
Azeri Central East (ACE) platform has been loaded onto the ‘STB-1’
barge of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) and shipped
to the ocean, the corporate instructed Trend.
According to the corporate, the jacket was constructed on the Heydar
Aliyev Baku Deepwater Jackets Factory.
“The weight of the jacket is 16,000 tons, and the peak is 153
meters. This facility consists of three vertical pipes – for water
injection, oil export, and fuel export,” ASCO famous.
The ACE venture is a $6 billion improvement that features a new
offshore platform and services designed to course of as much as 100,000
barrels of oil per day. The venture is predicted to supply over 400
million barrels per day by the tip of 2020s.
