State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons
(IDPs) of Azerbaijan Rovshan Rzayev spoke at a gathering with a
Canadian delegation visiting Azerbaijan, Trend reviews.

or newly created settlements in Zangilan, Lachin, Fuzuli and
Terter,” he stated.
