Reliance Jio and Airtel

In order to compete with Reliance Jio, which is at the peak in the telecom world, its biggest rival Bharti Airtel has set up its gear. For this, the company wants to focus on the opportunities in the digital business sector, including changes in its policy. For this, on behalf of Airtel has announced some changes in the structure of the company.

The company will soon focus on areas such as Digital, India, International and Infrastructure. Since the expansion of the smartphone and broadband network, the digital sector is expanding. In such a situation, Airtel Digital Limited will be merged with listed company Bharti Airtel. Not only this, the entire telecom business will be brought under a new company Airtel Limited. It will be a wholly owned entity of Bharti Airtel Limited.

All digital assets will be part of Indian Airtel

All digital products and services of the company like Wink Music, Airtel Extreme, Airtel Thanks, Mitra Payments Platform, Airtel Aids, Airtel IQ, Airtel Secure, Airtel Cloud and other future digital products and services are now part of Bharti Airtel Will go. With this, Bharti Airtel Limited will have full responsibility for their development and change. The strategy of these companies will be prepared keeping in mind the coming times and the benefits of the people.

DTH services also change

Apart from digital assets, the company’s DTH services will now be merged with Airtel Limited. Prior to this, Bharti Telemedia had 100 percent participation. The motive behind taking this step is to provide services to the NDCP customers simultaneously.
