For the increase in salary, it is mandatory to file the assessment report i.e. self-assessment form on time on behalf of the employees. Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) module of HR-soft online window has been launched by EPFO officers and all other cadre employees to avoid any problem.
This will facilitate all the officers in the process of reporting, reviewing and self-assessment of APARs. A circular has also been issued by EPFO in this regard. In which instructions have been given to complete all the process related to assessment form online through HR software.
Retirement fund body says ACC (HQ), ACC, RPFC-1, RPFC-11, APFC, DD (Wig), AD (Vigilance), DD (IS) with the launch of APAR filling module in HR-Soft application software It is mandatory for all officers of cadre like AD(IS), DD(OL), AD(OL) etc. to submit their self-assessment for reporting, review and monitoring of APARs.
Due to the COVID pandemic, the APAR will be submitted in a paper-based format. For this, DoPT has issued an office memorandum. In such a situation, the deadline for filing APR for Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ categories has also been extended. This will give them relief. Last year, due to Corona, the government had banned Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) of employees and pensioners. It is believed that from July 1, it can be restored again.
