According to the statement issued by the company, the passenger vehicles of Tata Motors have now become 0.55 percent expensive and the increased prices have become effective immediately. The company has taken this decision to reduce the impact of increased cost. The company has already increased the prices of commercial vehicles. The price of commercial vehicles was increased by 1.5-2.5 per cent this month.
Tata Motors had earlier increased the prices in April also due to increase in cost. The price of passenger vehicles was increased by about 1.1 percent. At the same time, in April, Tata Motors had announced a 2-2.5 percent increase in the price of commercial vehicles.
